Clark Contracts has donated over 170 Easter eggs to Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS), who offer a full family support service for babies, children and young people with life shortening conditions.
The donations were made by the contractor’s staff throughout the month of March, and were distributed to CHAS’s Robin House hospice in Balloch and Rachel House hospice in Kinross. Both hospices provide a ‘home from home’ for families, with a range of facilities including hydrotherapy rooms, accessible gardens, and various areas for relaxing and fun, as well as for reflection, bereavement support and care.
Children’s Hospices Across Scotland, better known as CHAS, provides hospice and palliative care services for babies, children and young people (0-21) and their families across Scotland. They support families across Scotland, at home, at hospital and in our hospices, through the terrifying heartbreak of knowing their child may die young. With love and compassion, they offer highly personalised care for the entire family and not just the child who is ill.
