Clark Contracts has completed the £1m CAT B fit out of Hillside Crescent, Edinburgh for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).
The refurbishment of the 2,800sq. ft, building comprised of both internal and external works, to refresh two levels of the existing office space.
The works consisted of down takings and alterations to create new floor layouts followed by the installation of new partitions, and upgrading of wall, floor and ceiling finishes.
An external metal clad wall was installed to create a new lobby at the main entrance.
