Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts has grown over the past 47 years into a diverse, forward-thinking team delivering construction, refurbishment, fit out and maintenance projects across the UK. Today, we deliver over £100m of projects each year for both private and public sector customers, including small alterations, quick turnaround refurbishments and new build developments.

People are at the heart of everything we do. We operate with strength in structured divisions, ensuring the appropriate expertise is allocated to your project from day one. Each division brings specialist knowledge and focused delivery, allowing us to provide tailored solutions across a wide range of sectors and project scopes, all with the quality, safety, and reliability our customers expect.

Supply chain .

We operate a formal supply chain, managed by CHAS, which requires subcontractors to achieve the Build UK Common Assessment Standard accreditation to ensure we meet legal and regulatory standards.
