Peel Ports Investments has appointed Clark Contracts to its Warehouse Framework, which will operate for the next 4 years.
Peel Ports are part of the Peel Group, and operate six of the UK and Ireland’s most important ports, handling 65 million tonnes of cargo every year.
Clark Contracts has been appointed to Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the warehouse framework, with Lot 2 covering projects in Scotland and Lot 3 covering the South East of England.
The projects which will be procured through the framework include the construction, extension and refurbishment of warehouse facilities within various ports. The projects in Scotland will be completed within the Clydeport bases, which consists of ports at Hunterston, Greenock, King George V Dock and Ardrossan.
Lot 3 projects will be completed within Medway Ports and Great Yarmouth docks.
