Clark Contracts become signatory of the Prompt Payment Code

As a result of our continued commitment to developing strong relationships with our supply chain we have signed up to the Prompt Payment Code.
Administered by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management on behalf of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), the Prompt Payment Code (PPC) sets standards for payment practices and best practice.
By becoming a signatory we are committing to paying suppliers on time and as per the agreed terms, giving clear guidance to suppliers regarding our payment procedures and encouraging good practice throughout the industry by encouraging our own supply chains to adopt the code. Compliance of all signatories is monitored and enforced by the Prompt Payment Code Compliance Board.
We are dedicated to strengthening our supply chain and regularly engage with them through Networking Breakfasts, Seminars, Post Contract Review meetings and Meet the Buyer events.
