Clark Contracts has been shortlisted in the Employer of the Year category at this year’s Renfrewshire Chamber of Commerce, ROCCO Business Awards.
The construction, refurbishment, maintenance contractor will learn the results at the ROCCO Awards ceremony at the Normandy Hotel, Renfrew on Friday 17th November.

It would be an honour to be crowned this year’s Employer of the Year at the 2017 ROCCO Business Awards”.
Clark Contracts won the Training Excellence Award at the UK wide 2017 Construction News Awards in July of this year. The company has also been shortlisted in the Skills Initiative of the Year category at the Building Magazine Awards, Training and Development award at Business Insiders’ Scotland’s Best Employer Awards and the Excellence in Learning and Development category at the Construction News, Investing in Talent awards.
Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with five operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Maintenance and Manufactured Joinery. The company employs over 250 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland. The proportion of business derived from repeat customers each year has averaged 76% over the past ten years and 72% of customers rate the contractor as ‘Impressive’ or ‘First Class’.
