Clark Contracts has completed the £1m CAT B fit out of Hillside Crescent, Edinburgh for the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).
The refurbishment of the 2,800sq. ft, building comprised of both internal and external works, to refresh two levels of the existing office space.
The works consisted of down takings and alterations to create new floor layouts followed by the installation of new partitions, and upgrading of wall, floor and ceiling finishes.
An external metal clad wall was installed to create a new lobby at the main entrance.
Gerry Cummins, Director, Clark Contracts, said “We have enjoyed working with the team on this project for RNIB. Which has both refreshed the front of the building and created a fantastic internal space for their employees.”
