Clark Contracts is currently on site delivering the £4m design and build of two new industrial units within Kilmarnock’s Moorfield Park.
The units, both of steel frame construction, are being completed on behalf East Ayrshire Council in order to boost jobs and help companies expand.
Michael Scanlan, Director, Clark Contracts said “We are pleased to be working with East Ayrshire Council to deliver this design and build project to provide suitable industrial space for businesses in Kilmarnock.”
Clark Contracts is currently on site delivering the extension and refurbishment of Cairns Early Childhood Centre and has recently worked with East Ayrshire Council on the revamp of Cumnock Bus Station.
