Three major high street retailers, JD Sports, McDonalds Restaurants and Scotmid have awarded new maintenance contracts to Clark Contracts.
Following Scotmid’s appointment early last year of Clark Contracts to provide a 24/7 maintenance helpdesk facility for its 350 retail outlets, the company has now signed up Clark Contracts to provide maintenance cover for its property division, which manages 230 residential properties across Scotland. Clark Contracts worked previously with Scotmid between 1997 and 2008.
After completing a two year maintenance contract covering JD Sports’ 73 outlets in Scotland, the sports retailer has now reappointed Clark Contracts on a further two year contract and has added a further 20 Blacks outlets following their acquisition by JD Sports in 2012.
And, the award of a maintenance contract covering 41 McDonalds’ restaurants throughout Scotland marks the return of another customer who previously worked with Clark Contracts from 1999 to 2009.

These new contracts have made a substantial contribution to the on-going growth of our Maintenance Division where revenue has more than trebled over the past three years.”
