Clark Contracts is delivering tenant improvement works at The University of Edinburgh’s new Roslin Innovation Centre within Easter Bush Campus.
The project consists of internal fit out works to office and laboratory space within the new building including the installation of new partitions, glazed screens and alterations to wall, floor and ceiling finishes and mechanical and electrical installations.
The Roslin Innovation Centre was constructed as part of the university’s overall redevelopment of Easter Bush Campus and provides research and laboratory space for Animal and Veterinary Sciences, Agri-tech and One Health industries.
When the fit out works are complete the refurbished space will be let out by the University of Edinburgh to external parties.
The project is registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme (site registration number: 109544) and will be audited by an approved assessor.
The Considerate Constructors Scheme was formed in 1997, by the construction industry to improve its image and is concerned with how construction activities may impact upon the image of the industry as a whole.
Clark Contracts is also currently delivering the construction of an extension within the university’s Riego Street student accommodation to provide a new common room and also recently completed the refurbishment of Turner Undercroft.
