On Sunday 9th September, 8 Clark Contracts employees participated in STV’s Pedal for Scotland to fundraise for our nominated company charity Teenage Cancer Trust.
The event, which is now in its 19th year features two routes, one at 45 miles and one at 100 miles, which lead cyclists from Glasgow Green to the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh and this year there were over 7500 participants.
The Clark Contracts team, made up of Contracts Managers, Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors took on the 45-mile cycle through the stunning Scottish countryside, in what was our 5th consecutive year participating in the charity event.
A proportion of each participants’ entry fee was donated to the STV Children’s Appeal and so far a further £300 has been raised for nominated company charity Teenage Cancer Trust. The Just Giving page for the event is still open and donations can be made here.
