£25m new orders won by Clark Contracts

Customers have awarded Clark Contracts £25m of new orders in the last 6 months.
 
The construction, refurbishment and maintenance contractor, with offices in the East and West of Scotland, has been awarded an array of new contracts, from new and returning customer across Scotland. These include the refurbishment of the Northern Lighthouse Board’s Edinburgh Headquarters on George Street.
 
Clark Contracts is also refurbishing the Category A listed Kilmardinny House Arts Centre in Bearsden for Hub West Scotland, extending the existing building to create a conference, wedding and arts centre.
 
Charity, Deafblind Scotland, has appointed Clark Contracts to build their £1.5m Field of Dreams in Lenzie, a modern learning and development facility for dual sensory impaired people.
 
Clark Contracts are fitting our ACCA’s new HQ within 110 Queen Street, Glasgow, refurbishing teaching space within the Aeronautical Building of Ayrshire Colleges Ayr Campus and replacing the shopping mall flooring within Ropewalk Shopping centre, Nuneaton.
 
The order book also features a number of projects for returning customers such as The University of Edinburgh including the second phase of refurbishment works to the Pleasance Complex, following the contractor’s completion of phase 1 to redevelop the Category B listed theatre complex.
 
Inverclyde Council has appointed Clark Contracts to deliver the £1.8m refurbishment of the Former Education HQ in Greenock.
 
Repeat customers also account for two new orders from Lidl UK for the construction of a new supermarket in Craigmillar, Edinburgh and refurbishment of an existing store in Arbroath.  The universities of Glasgow, St Andrews, Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian have also awarded the contractor new work.
