We are currently on site delivering the £4m refurbishment to the Nethanvale Building within Auchlochan Garden Village for MHA.
This project is registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme which is an initiative to encourage best practice within the industry.
We will be on site until September 2016 creating 52 new apartments and communal areas for the over 55 independent living market. Works comprise of the internal demolition to three floors within the building followed by the refurbishment of these. We will be forming six apartment types including one and two bedroom apartments with a total combined floorspace of approximately 5,500m2.
We are initially working on completing a Show Area which will be used by MHA in marketing the development and will then complete the works to the remainder of the building.
