We are on site delivering the first phase of redevelopment work at Denny Town Centre for Falkirk Council totalling £4.7m.
The work we are completing will be the first phase of the £7.6 million regeneration of Denny Town Centre, led by Falkirk Council, with support from the Scottish Government’s regeneration fund. The new Denny town centre will feature ten new retail units, a library and community space with associated car parking and public realm works, including a town square. Additional works include, external services, drainage, hardstandings, car parking, boundary treatments, soft landscaping and associated site infrastructure.
Works completed so far include external drainage, foundations and retaining wall. Construction of internal walls, steelwork and roofing work is now well underway. The photo below shows the progress which has been made so far.
