We are delivering the £1m refurbishment of the Category B listed 232-242 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons.
The basement will be reconfigured to provide a laboratory, office space, meeting rooms and training rooms. We will also create a café area, kitchen, storage space and a cloakroom.
We are working alongside design team members P3 Consulting, Corstorphine and Wright and Will Rudd Davidson to deliver the project.
The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons is the only multidisciplinary Royal College in the UK with over 10,000 members including physicians, surgeons, dental professionals and specialists in the field of travel medicine and podiatric medicine.
We are delivering a second project on St Vincent Street, Glasgow, completing the £5m fit out of 310 St Vincent Street for Praxis Real Estate Management.
