Trio of University of Glasgow projects delivered by Clark Contracts

Clark Contracts is delivering a trio of refurbishment projects for the University of Glasgow totaling over £1m.

 

The contractor’s Small Works division will be completing all three projects. The first is £420k of decoration works to over 400 en suite bedrooms within the MacLay Residencies.

 

The other two projects comprise £500k of refurbishment works within the Central Timetabling Lecture Theatres and £120k of external works at Wester Cochno Farm.

 

Clark Contracts has worked with the University of Glasgow for over 20 years having recently delivered the construction of the £6m GLaSS Building at the university’s Garscube Estate.
