Over the past 12 months we have been awarded new projects totalling £5million from The University of Edinburgh. We have been working with the University since 2007 and are currently appointed on their framework for building maintenance and minor works for projects up to £1m.

Recent awards through the framework include £400k of window replacements at the University's Warrander Park student accommodation and a £300k project to form new laboratory space at the Fleeming Jenkins building.

Other project awards included alterations to room layouts at the Informatics Forum to create additional research space, the fit out of Level 4 at Argyle House and the refurbishment of the Category B listed Minto House for the School of Architecture

In addition, we have competitively secured 2 phases of the £3million redevelopment of The Pleasance Complex which we are currently on site delivering. Works involve the refurbishment of the Quaker Building and No.60 Pleasance and we have recently been awarded a 3rd phase of works to be carried out to the Salisbury Building.
