Director, Michael Scanlan, is celebrating 10 years at Clark Contracts this November.

Michael joined Clark Contracts in 2006 as a Quantity Surveyor, progressing to Commercial Manager before being appointed as Business Unit Manager for Construction Division in 2011 and joining the Board of Directors in 2013.

Excited children, staff and guests have celebrated the work going on to build the new £725,000 Auchinleck Early Childhood Centre.

Three of the UK construction industry’s  leading health and safety authorities have recognised construction, refurbishment and maintenance contractor, Clark Contracts,for its commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety.

The Scottish Centre for Healthy Working Lives has awarded the Bronze Award to Clark Contracts.  

On Friday 28th October, we held a Halloween Fancy Dress Day where staff dressed up in their best costumes to raise money for our new nominated company charity, Parkinson’s UK. 

Our bespoke joinery workshop is moving from its base at Lochfield Road, Paisley, to a new larger home next to our head office at McFarlane Street, Paisley. 

The Northern Lighthouse Board’s Headquarters at the Category A listed 84 George Street, Edinburgh is being refurbished by Clark Contracts. 

Customers have awarded Clark Contracts £25m of new orders in the last 6 months.

The construction, refurbishment and maintenance contractor, with offices in the East and West of Scotland, has been awarded an array of new contracts, from new and returning customer across Scotland. 

The University of Edinburgh have awarded Phase 2, which is the final phase, of the Pleasance Redevelopment to Clark Contracts, who have already delivered Phase 1A and 1B of the £3.8m of improvements.

A prestigious UK wide safety award has been presented to Clark Contracts by RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) as part of the Occupational Health and Safety Achievement Awards 2016.
