Our Academy, formed in 2006, is managed by our Learning and Development team and promotes learning and development ensuring we are continually bringing new talent into the organisation and supporting existing employees to achieve appropriate qualifications.

Over 20% of our staff are currently studying at college or university. New entrants into our Academy are supported not only by their line managers but by trained mentors who are either in the Academy themselves or have progressed through the Academy to a more senior role. We offer trainee roles across the business in various disciplines including Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Administration, Marketing and Business Development and more.

Office Based Modern Apprenticeships

We offer office based modern apprenticeships in subjects including Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Administration, Buying, Marketing, Health and Safety and Finance.

Traineeships

Traineeships

Trainees get the chance to study the appropriate subject at a level which is in line with their experience and existing qualifications at college or university. This can range from NC, HNC, HND through to degree level.

These courses are completed on a part-time basis while working with us full time.

Trade Apprenticeships

Trade Apprenticeships

We annually employ trade apprentices to ensure new talent is brought into the industry. We accept applications for apprenticeships all year round however the recruitment process takes place between March and May.
