This project comprised of the construction of 5 new industrial units to create East Hermiston Business Park at Cutlins Road, Edinburgh. The industrial units are split into 2 blocks of 2 and 3 blocks of 4 units to provide a total of 16 new workshop units with a total of 17,200sq. ft. of industrial space.
