The works relate to the internal refurbishment of the main staircase, first floor corridor, and front entrance within Fortune House.
The works encompass alterations at the front entrance, including external works, works to lift, ceilings and floor finishes, general electrical works including the introduction of new light fittings, cable routing and fitting new face plates.
In addition we completed the uplift and laying of new carpet; installation of new signage/directory board, installation of fire alarm system including relocating the main board alteration to existing plasterboard ceilings, reconfiguring main stair landing layout, refreshing and cleaning existing stair/marble floor finishes.
