This project at the Category B listed Joseph Black Chemistry Building involved alterations and refurbishment works to the ground floor and 1st floor existing laboratories to form one large laboratory.
The works comprised down takings, structural alterations at both ground and roof level, alterations to the existing M&E services, installation of new suspended ceilings, doors, glazed screens; flooring and fire protection.
We also installed new specialist laboratory furniture and fittings including fume discharge units.
Decoration work was carried out to complete the project.
