We carried out this £1.5m fit out of 36,500ft2 of office space at 141 Bothwell Street, Glasgow. The project was completed within 22 weeks on time and within budget
McGrigors LLP, the National Law Firm, required an office that supported the vision of a modern professional law firm offering exemplar quality service to clients and rewarding careers for staff.
It was essential to design and build a solution that allowed for interaction and team work for their 260 employees, but equally managed distraction and concentration to be supported.
McGrigors LLP objectives were to connect rather than separate the departments and create opportunity for collaboration and to accommodate future business change.
This project comprised of an internal fit out to levels 7 & 8 within the newly constructed building at 141 Building, Bothwell Street, Glasgow.
The works included the installation of mechanical and electrical services, internal walls, glazed, folding and regalit partitions, internal doors, floor finishes, manufactured joinery, raised access floor alterations and decoration.
