This Grade B Listed Building incorporates a traditional granite villa (being used for client space) with a new build extension behind which creates new modern offices.

The project involved the fit of the ground and 1st floors of 13 Queens Road, Aberdeen. Works comprised the removal and replacement of internal walls, glazed and folding partitions, internal doors, floor finishes, tiling within the shower areas, painting and decoration and new services throughout the building.
A new kitchen area was formed along with a new reception area which was fitted out with new branding following the merger with McGrigors LLP.
For this project, our Joinery Workshop manufactured the furniture items.The reception desk was manufactured using softwood framing and sheet material overlaid with corian. The worktops were manufactured with walnut veneered MDF and finished with solid walnut fore edges.
Our workshop also manufactured the reception storage wall was manufactured from MDF sheet materials and sprayed with a high gloss paint. Fitted with adjustable shelf supports and soft close hinges. Handle rebates to leading edge of doors to provide a clean look with no ironmongery. The office bookcases were manufactured from Walnut veneered MDF and coated with a 2 part AC lacquer and the besoke quality TV Unit in the main meeting room was manufactured from MDF sheet materials and sprayed with a high gloss paint finish. The TV room window seating was manufactured again from MDF sheet materials. Fitted into recessed partitions to window openings.
