This project at Rivergate Shopping Centre comprised the construction of a new public WC’s and a new Public House.
Both developments were undertaken whilst the Shopping Centre continued to trade.
The new WCs were created adjacent to the Centre’s management suite and the new public house was located at the Centre’s main entrance.
Works involved the removal of all wall linings and partitions, new flooring, mechanical and electrical works and associated builderswork.
