The refurbishment was carried out to form new office space and meetings rooms for BMI Ross Hall staff and in order to upgrade the existing clinical suite and endoscopy unit.
Works comprised the installation of new windows, main entrance doors, new plasterboard partitions, installation of new mechanical plumbing and electrical items, ceilings, floors, door sets, decoration, white roc panels. Alterations to the existing ductworks and new plant installation within plant room and installation of new subs power main was also undertaken.
