The works comprised the full refurbishment of the existing office space in St David’s House, Bathgate.
The works involved downtakings, alterations to suit new room layouts, new woodwork to the partition doors, windows, skirtings and linings.
We also completed the installation of new mechanical, electrical and data services, new sanitary ware which included IPS units, proprietary partitions, new suspended ceilings, floor coverings, redecoration works along with associated fixtures and fittings.
