This project at the Stevenson and Rankine Building involved the strip out, refurbishment and fitting out of nine rooms and circulation areas.
The works involved the installation of new furniture, flooring, partitions, and minor joinery items. Other work involved was decoration works, the installation of new electrical and data services and refitting sections of a raised timber floor. We also created a new kitchen area and refurbished the toilets.
