Tay House, Glasgow, Front Entrance Works

The project involved the fit out of the front entrance to Tay House.

Works which were undertaken included downtakings, a strip out, external façade works, new internal stairs, suspended ceiling work, fire and acoustic barriers, electrical installations, mechanical installations, floor finishes and decoration works.

We also redirected the gas services to a new location in the basement, removed the existing front curtain walling and installed a new planner glazing with automatic doors, new stairways and a new platform lift.
