Clark Contracts is delivering the fit out of the mall area within The Gyle Shopping Centre, Edinburgh.
Flooring, ceilings and lighting are being refurbished in addition to the installation of a new main entrance and signage throughout the mall. The £2m refresh is being carried out to enrich the interior with modern finishes and reinforce The Gyle as a premium shopping destination.
Clark Contracts Manufactured Joinery division will be creating a number of bespoke joinery items for the project including a reception desk and street furniture.
Mark Hurst, Asset Management Director at Ellandi said “The team led by Ellandi and Threesixty Architecture have produced a really exciting and fresh redesign for the upgrade of the mall together with the toilet facilities, all of which are now approaching 25 years old. We are really looking forward to welcoming shoppers and retailers to the new modernised Gyle Shopping Centre”.

Clark Contracts has completed similar shopping centre fit out projects at the Oak Mall in Greenock and Ropewalk Shopping Centre in Nuneaton.
