This project at 55 Douglas Street, formerly known as the Cerium Building, comprised the refurbishment of the basement to 6th floor, to create 85,000sq.ft. of Grade A office space. We alsocreated a 10,000 sq. ft. extension to the front of the building to increase the footprint along with external façade works.
