Within our Maintenance Division we also have an Insurance Reinstatement Team who undertake works for policy holders operating directly with Insurance Companies and building Repair Networks. We offer solutions for the following insurance perils:

On every claim our Insurance Reinstatement Team offers;

  • Dedicated Surveyor - undertakes site survey, submits and agrees scope of works.
  • Dedicated Supervisor - manages our tradesmen from point of authorisation through to completion.
  • Dedicated Customer Helpdesk Administrator support for all communications.
  • Health, Safety and Environmental Team - carries out regular site inspections.
  • Procurement team - purchases materials speedily to ensure start dates can be organised as quickly as possible for the policyholder.
  • Finance team - processes excess payments and invoicing throughout the claim.
  • Real time operational dashboards which shows the status of all claims, who is responsible for the status and the current duration versus SLA.
  • Customer satisfaction surveys to continuously monitor and improve our service.

 

In periods of surge our Maintenance Division can also be supported by our other Clark Contracts Group divisions (Construction East, Construction West, Fit Out and Small Works.)
