Dedicated Customer Helpdesk Administrator support for all communications
Health, Safety and Environmental Team - carries out regular site inspections
Procurement team - purchases materials speedily to ensure start dates can be organised as quickly as possible for the policyholder
Finance team - processes excess payments and invoicing throughout the claim
