The Northern Lighthouse Board’s Headquarters at the Category A listed 84 George Street, Edinburgh is being refurbished by Clark Contracts. 

Customers have awarded Clark Contracts £25m of new orders in the last 6 months.

The construction, refurbishment and maintenance contractor, with offices in the East and West of Scotland, has been awarded an array of new contracts, from new and returning customer across Scotland. 

The University of Edinburgh have awarded Phase 2, which is the final phase, of the Pleasance Redevelopment to Clark Contracts, who have already delivered Phase 1A and 1B of the £3.8m of improvements.

A prestigious UK wide safety award has been presented to Clark Contracts by RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) as part of the Occupational Health and Safety Achievement Awards 2016. 

The construction of a new £1.2m artists centre at Cove Park, on the Rosneath Peninsula in Argyll and Bute, overlooking Loch Long has been completed by Clark Contracts. 

12 Clark Contracts employees and 9 customers participated in STV’s Pedal for Scotland on Sunday 11th September to fundraise for the STV Children’s Appeal and our nominated company charity ACCORD Hospice.

We held our 4th annual customer receptions in the West and East of Scotland this month. Our Glasgow event was held at the Corinthian on Thursday 8th September and the Roxburghe Hotel in Edinburgh on Thursday 15th September. 

Thirteen apprentices have joined Clark Contracts’ Academy, taking their first steps to becoming qualified administrators, joiners, bricklayers, decorators and plasterers. 

Four joinery apprentices who are part of the Clark Contracts Academy have completed their end of first year skills assessment this week at West College Scotland.  

The contract to fit out ACCA’s (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) new 55,750 sq ft offices in Glasgow has been awarded to Clark Contracts, based in Paisley.
