The first occupier at Clark Contracts’ new McFarlane Street development in Paisley is Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which is opening a new branch to serve customers across Renfrewshire.
Three Clark Contracts employees have graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Over 700 years of service has been recognised by construction, refurbishment and maintenance contractor, Clark Contracts, as the company also celebrated 10 years in its purpose built McFarlane Street head office in Paisley.

Local contractor, Clark Contracts, is delivering a £4m construction of St Fergus’ Primary School on Blackstoun Road for Renfrewshire Council, scheduled for completion in 2017. The construction site is between the existing St Fergus’ building it will replace and Glencoats Primary School, also on Blackstoun Road.
Four top performing students have won awards sponsored by leading construction company Clark Contracts. The future leaders of Scotland’s building and construction sector were recognised at the Annual Prize Giving of the School of Engineering and Built Environment at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) on Thursday 23rd June 2016.
We are continuing our relationship with Lidl having been awarded 3 contracts with the supermarket chain in 2016. We have been on Lidls’ framework since 2014 and have been awarded four contract through this agreement so far.
We are currently working towards achieving the ‘Bronze Award’ through the Healthy Working Lives Programme which supports employers and employees to develop health promotion in the workplace.
