This project comprised the construction of 4 extensions to the existing premises at Graham Anderson House and Eastfields Bungalows, to form 4 extra beds to both Bungalow accommodation, 4 extra apartments to Unit 3, and a gym and an admin office extension to the main Graham Anderson House.
