Local contractor, Clark Contracts, has been awarded the £2.5m contract for the external refurbishment of West Primary School for Renfrewshire Council.

Moorfield Group and Resonance Capital have signed the Department For Work and Pensions (DWP) for 85,000 sq ft of offices at Atlantic Quay 1, Glasgow. The DWP has signed a 15-year lease in a letting that follows hot on the heels of the long lease of 80,000 sq ft to the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service at Atlantic Quay 3, with both fit outs being completed by Clark Contracts.

A major contract has been secured by Clark Contracts to construct a new 208 bed Moxy Hotel in Southampton. This follows Clark Contracts’ earlier successful appointment to start work on the 230 bed Moxy Hotel near Edinburgh Airport, scheduled for opening late 2018.
